Please note if you cancel a scheduled appointment within 12 hours of its start time, you will be charged for half of the scheduled appointment duration (ex. you schedule an appointment for one hour and cancel the appointment 3 hours before the scheduled start time, you will be charged for a 30 minute call). We will do our best to schedule your preferred interpreter for the time requested; however, we cannot guarantee that they will be available.
